01 Agreement

By accessing or using safanacf.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

In these terms, "Safana", "we" and "us" mean Safana LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "You" means the person or entity using the site.

02 Nature of this site

Safana is an online retailer. We buy consumer goods from brand owners and authorized distributors and sell them to end consumers through online marketplaces.

This website exists to describe who we are and to let suppliers reach us. It is not a store. You cannot buy anything here, no payment is processed here, and no consumer transaction takes place on this domain.

03 No offer or contract

Purchasing relationships with Safana are established exclusively through a separate written agreement or purchase order signed or issued by an authorized representative of Safana. Statements on this site regarding buying criteria, order profiles, categories, payment terms or timelines are indicative and may change without notice.

Submitting our inquiry form does not create a supply relationship and does not oblige either party to proceed.

04 Channel commitments

This site describes commitments we make to brand owners regarding pricing discipline, redistribution, channel restrictions, listing integrity and record keeping. We take those commitments seriously and we intend to honor them.

They become legally binding obligations only when incorporated into a signed supply, distribution or authorized reseller agreement between Safana and the brand owner or distributor concerned. Until then they are a statement of how we operate, not a contractual undertaking enforceable against us.

05 Your submissions

When you send us information through the inquiry form or by email, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not send confidential or proprietary information through this website. Nothing you send us is treated as confidential unless a signed non disclosure agreement is already in place between us, or we agree otherwise in writing beforehand. If you need confidentiality first, tell us and we will put an agreement in place.

Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

06 Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that any description of our operations, capacity or capabilities remains accurate at the moment you read it. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

07 Intellectual property

The design, text, layout, graphics and code of this website are owned by Safana LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The Safana name and logo are our trademarks.

You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, adapt or exploit any part of this site commercially without our prior written permission.

08 Third party brands

Any third party names, brands, trademarks or logos that appear on this site or in materials we supply remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or any authorized reseller status unless we state so explicitly and the owner has granted it in writing.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with this website and these terms shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms affects the liability provisions of any separate supply agreement between us, which govern that relationship independently.

13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Safana against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with these terms or this website, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
