Safana provides financial consulting services including: CFO as a Service, Financial & Operational Analysis, Growth Strategy Sessions, Financial Health Scans, business bank account setup guidance, and general advisory sessions. Services are advisory in nature. Safana is not a licensed investment advisor, auditor, attorney, or tax professional. Clients are solely responsible for their own business decisions and for engaging licensed professionals where required by applicable law.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. Safana will not disclose client financial data, strategies, or identifying information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by applicable law or court order.
All deliverables produced for a client become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. Safana retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifying insights derived from engagements for internal improvement purposes. All Site content, branding, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Safana LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safana's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Safana in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
